SFX Magazine has posted an interview they did with Russell T. Davies, the creator of Torchwood and the new Doctor Who series. In the interview, Davies explains that the story in the next series of Torchwood, when compared to Children of Earth, will also be "very dark."

RTD talks ‘Torchwood’ Series 4, ‘Doctor Who’

BBC News recently did an interview with Russell T. Davies, creator and writer of both Doctor Who (new series) and Torchwood. This comes on the heels of the announcement a few days ago that BBC Cymru Wales, BBC Worldwide and Starz Entertainment will be co-producing the next series of Torchwood.
