SHE has made an on-screen living hunting aliens and investigating extraterrestrial activity.
But yesterday Torchwood star Eve Myles added a college fellowship to her long list of achievements.
The Bafta-winning actress, who lives in Cardiff with her partner Brad Freegard, was recognised by the city’s Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD).
Eve, who plays feisty Gwen Cooper in the hit Doctor Who spin-off series, graduated from the college with an arts degree in 2000.
She accepted the honorary fellowship at a graduation ceremony in St David’s Hall. The 31-year-old joined Hay Festival director Peter Florence and the award-winning theatre designer Richard Hudson in the roll of honour.
